Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety Specialist, Manager WDB Sigapore Pte. Ltd "H1"

We, a Japanese CRO, are planning to establish the centre of Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety.
We have some openings from specialists to managers in Pharmacovigilance.
Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, collect and track required data and enter into safety database.
• Process data according to applicable regulations and guidelines, SOPs, and project requirements.
• Triage and classify incoming events.
• Write and amend existing company SOPs.
• Prepare project KPI and monthly report.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced/new staff members.

Job Requirements:

for Management role:

• Direct project management experience at a CRO or pharmaceutical company and Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety experience.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulatory requirements (i.e. Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines, etc.).

for Specialist role:

• Thorough understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP),International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety SOPs.

Common requirements:

• Bachelor, MSc or equivalent in life sciences or a related field.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Presentation and report writing skills.
• Demonstrate a positive and flexible working attitude.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
