Job Title: Associate Scientist - Virology

Qualification: B.sc/M.sc/B.tech/M.tech Life science

Experience: 2-5 years
Job Description:

    Hands on experience in conducting tissue culture based infectivity assays for virus detection (e.g. Cell Culture based TCID50 and Plaque methods)
    Capability to analyze and interpret the viral assay results and trouble shoot them
    Ability to design new in vitro viral detection assay using tissue culture based platform (e.g: designing of new probe based assays for infectious virus detection, identification of cell receptors responsible for viral entry and infection)
    Knowledge of GMP/GLP is desirable
    Knowhow of preparation of laboratory operation procedures (SOPs), general procedures desirable
    Knowledge of industry requirements for compliance to regulatory guidelines related to viral safety for cell culture based recombinant products desirable
