Job Title : Manager Plant Quality Assurance

Eligibility : B.sc/M.sc/B.tech/M.tech Food Technology

Job Description :

    Ensuring delivery of consistent quality & safe product as per PepsiCo standards by leading the plant quality assurance agenda
     Ensuring minimum customer complaints/No Red Alert complaint by implementation and sustenance of quality and food safety systems
     Implementing & sustaining right quality control systems for incoming materials, in-process checks and finished goods
     Ensure proper disposal of Solid, Liquid & Gaseous wastes from plant as per State Pollution Board & PepsiCo Global Standards
    Ensure system in place for timely clearance of RM/PM to support Plant AOP & AVC
     Drive stringent in-process & finished goods checks for various products to ensure consistent quality product
     Partner with plant manufacturing and Engineering team for maintenance of practices & equipment health critical for delivering quality product
     Lead the implementation & sustenance of FLI QA programs in Well Controlled status
     Facilitate systems in place to deliver online & 3P leakage as per AOP targets and Zero Shortages in cartons
     Support Purchase & Vendor development in building the competency of vendors thru audits & trainings
     Support Agro function for ensuring potato receiving, analysis & storage as per Pepsico standards
     Support R&D for various initiatives and new launches
     Strengthen food safety system in plant thru monthly AIB audits, fortnightly personal hygiene and quarterly internal HACCP audits
     Effective resolution of customer complaints thru in-depth root cause analysis and corrective & preventive action planning
     Ensuring adherence to statutory laws (Weights and Measures & PFA )
     Implement Quality pillar activities under TPM
     Lead the capability building agenda for plant wrt nurturing quality & food safety culture
     Coach and guide QA team to build their skills levels
     Ensuring smooth operation of Effluent treatment plant at all times & safe disposal of solid, liquid & gaseous wastes.
