Global Finance Global Service Centre Bangalore was established in 2007, is currently responsible for supporting Accounting, Finance & Procurement, Financial Planning & Analytics for Head Quarters, Region Europe, North America, International Operations & Global Service Centre Bangalore.Marketing Analytics is a part of Financial Planning & Analytics which was found in June 2013 with the idea of establishing a team consisting of dedicated marketing and analytics professionals. The unit will provide support to decision making process of the stakeholders in International Operations (Marketing and Commercial effectiveness) through data analytics and insight.Ambitions are to mature into a one stop marketing service desk.

Job Description :
Provide analytical and consulting services in designing, delivering and executing projects related to International Operations (IO) Business Operations, in the Pharma domain.
Share insights with the stakeholders as a result of the analyses
Complete ownership of the deliverables from end-to-end with a mind-set of ‘continuous improvement’ and share recommendations with the manager
Drive pilot projects, track & monitor progress and ensure future stabilisation
Ensure superior customer satisfaction by delivering high end quality support to IO-BO
Skills Required :
Ability to translate business problems into most efficient and effective analysis plan; execute the analysis including data pull, data preparation
Hands-on work experience in using statistical models via MS Excel (Advanced)
Experience in leveraging Pharma related databases (IMS databases, hospital/account-based targeting and segmentation methods) such as Midas, Xponent, NPA, NSP, DDD, CAM data, Hospital profiler, R&D Focus, etc.
Ability to collaborate and communicate with different stakeholders, primarily with customers, vendors, consultants and project teams. Consulting experience a plus
Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with demonstrated experience in analysing complex situations, collecting data, effectively synthesizing the analytics/data to form a complete, cohesive picture
Technical skills – MS Excel (Advanced & VBA), MS PowerPoint & Adobe is a must. Knowledge of SAP preferred
