Job Title : R&D Contractual Lab Assistant
Eligibility : B.Sc/M.sc - Agriculture, Bio-Chemistry, Chemistry
Experience : 0-4 years
Job Description : The role of the R&D Lab Assistant is to conduct and supervise bioefficacy evaluation of products/ formulation formats (in-house) and co- ordinate the insect supply and culture with third party laboratory.
The person will be responsible for planning, management of bio efficacy trials (internal) and meeting the timelines in liaison with stake holders (i.e formulation, analytical teams) .
Follow suitable testing protocols for evaluation of new products / formats and technologies based on relevant consumer insights to facilitate product development.
Compilation and analysis of data using appropriate analytical methods and prepare comparative reports wherever required
Proper documentation and development of retrieval system of data generated for the product formats
Support in preparation of technical / regulatory dossiers of the products
Foster personal development growth with continuous coaching and feedback on career development as per the R&D Guiding Principles and Corporate Core Values.
