PDS works collaboratively with discovery research companies in Japan, Europe and the USA.For Sr.  Research Associate/ Research Scientist . - Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in R&D(CRO) and should have good experience in synthesis:- - Involving in synthesis of various multi step drugs. - Handling air, moisture sensitive reagents & dry reactions. - Multi Step Synthesis Of Molecules. Characterization of molecules Using Spectroscopic Techniques Like U.V, NMR. - Literature survey of organic molecules. - Perform reactions on a day to day basis. - Standardization of reactions. - Preparation of intermediates / final compounds. - Have good skills in R&D. - Should have experience in Pharma company, experience in CRO would be a added advantage. - Good command over written & spoken in English. - 2 Nos of vacancy for Scale up (experience in API/ customer synthesis, handling large scale up reactions in kilo lab). - 1 no. of Vacancy for Ph.d (Carbohydrate/ Sugar Chemistry) with 2 to 4 year experience.
