Job Description:
Manage team of patient care advisors for PAN India
Review enrolling of new patients into the system by teams on a daily and weekly basis
Review of patient query handling and creating/making response from new and commonly asked FAQ's
Responsible for achieving set targets of patient enrolment and patient adherence for the assigned team
Develop and execute short-term operational plans, systems and processes
