Job Description
1. Setting up a new Doctors for the company in defined region .
2. To generate sales by contacting potential Cardiologist, Diagnostic centres & Hospitals, identifying their needs, persuading them that your products or services.
3. Implement strategy prescribed by sales management team and provide them inputs for new products after gathering feedback from customers.
4. Plan weekly targets at doctor, product and total volume level.
5. Daily Reporting to Manager Sales on the progress.
6. Monitor ROI on each doctor.
7. Effectively implement sales strategy and tactics, plan of action (POA) in accordance with company policies
8. Facilitate enlistment of newly launched and key products in hospitals and clinics
9. Develop territory Business Plan based on POA and allocate resources
10. Monitor territory business plan to ensure resources are directed to customers of greatest potential
11. To ensure collection of payment within the stipulated timeframe from the customers.
12. Reach out to new set of customers through expansion into new geographies and new market segment.
Candidate Profile
Candidates should be interested in sales
Should have good communication skills
Should be B Pharma / M Pharma
Minimum 1-2 years Experience in any Medical/Pharma Sales meeting Physicians .
