Job Description
Provide clerical and administrative support.
Set up and maintain project-related files.
File and archive documents (both paper and electronic filing and archiving).
Scan documents.
Assist in photocopying, assembly and transmission of documents to clients.
Prepare workflow spreadsheets and reports.
Review and track incoming SAE report.
Assist in the submission of expedited reports.
Assist safety associate and management GS&PV as required.
Data entry of adverse events.
Train technical assistants on job functions.
Assist in the preparation and submission of safety date reports to clients.
Assist in the preparation of safety reports for submission to authorities.
Assist in the compilation of regulatory submissions, i.e. Annual IND reports, safety updates.
