job Description:

A. Technical

    Develop and guide experiments in cloning and transformation biology to support the improvement of genetic transformation protocols in algae.
    Understand biochemical pathways in eukaryotes and prokaryotes with respect to diurnal, circadian, lipid, and develop innovative ways for improving strains.
    Synthetic biology to decipher gene protein interactions
    Understand, interpret and report the obtained data.
    Development of sensitivity and screening assays.
    Construct and validate a base vector for expression in algae.
