Issuance of BMR and BPR against verification of Request, Coordination with Production for issuance of BMR & BPR.
Responsible for issuance ,distribution and retrieval of SOPs, Log books, Formats, Specification / STP and other authorized documents to the respective department.
Management of control sample room and record room.
Update current list such as MRP list, product list, BMR/BPR list and SOP list.
Handling of Stereo control.
Archival of documents and records.
Ensure the compliance to documents life-cycle.
Maintain records as required by the respective procedures.
Mandatory Skills: Proficient in Microsoft office, SAP. Excellent in written and spoken English.
Personal traits : Sincere, hardworking, responsible and able to undertake assigned work with accountability.
