Job description:
We have a fantastic career opportunity for a permanent full time Clinical Operations Manager to work across the India Region. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations in APAC you will be responsible for providing management, leadership and the development of our insourced clinical research teams, and provide an escalation point for key issues, working closely with our Pharma clients and a variety of stakeholders.
The Operations Manager role is diverse and challenging, requiring flexibility, adaptability and creativity is problem solving. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure quality operational processes are continuously improved and in compliance.
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing or RN preferred
6-8 years or more of clinical research experience in the Pharmaceutical/CRO industry
Applicants must have previous line management experience in a similar environment
Experience and knowledge of clinical trial operations and the management of data
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
Strong interpersonal savvy and the ability to build relationships both internally and with external clients
Extensive acumen in problem solving, juggling multiple priorities and a commitment to quality and customer focus
Proven ability to build a successful team and to mentor, motivate and direct staff
Must demonstrate good computer skills
