Job Description :
To conduct enzyme-based, receptor-based and cell based assays and provide SAR support for drug discovery programs throughout the lead optimization process.
Strong working knowledge of enzyme kinetics, receptor pharmacology, Cell Biology/molecular biology.
Familiarity with bioassay technologies to study Enzymes, kinases, GPCRs, ion channel and/or nuclear hormone receptors
Hands on experience in ADME assays such as CaCo-2, PAMPA, Microsomal stability, CYP inhibition assays.
Maintenance of primary cells such as Hepatocytes, cardio myocytesetc and cell lines such as HepG2 etc.
Analyse data and report results to project teams
