GITAM UNIVERSITY Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam – 530 045 Date: 16-08- 2014 Applications are invited from the interested candidates for one temporary position of Project Fellow in the UGC Major Research Project entitled “Enhancement of callus induction and plant regeneration in sweet sorghum explants through somatic embryogenesis” (UGC sanction order No. 42-213/2013 (SR) dt. 22.03.2013). Details of qualification, emoluments and duration are given below: Name of position: Project Fellow (JRF)Qualifications: First Class M. Sc., Degree in Biotechnology/Plant Sciences/Biochemistry or any other relevant discipline.Duration: Eighteen months or completion of the project whichever is earlier and also subject to the satisfactory performance Emoluments: Rs12, 000/- + HRA @20% Interested candidates should apply on plain paper with complete Bio-data giving Name, Father’s Name, Present & Permanent Address, E-mail address, mobile number, date of birth, details of educational qualifications and copies of supporting documents and experience should reach the undersigned via Post or E-Mail on or before 28th Aug, 2014.
