Job Requirement :
- Experience / Knowledge in analytical instruments HPLC, LCMS, Kjeltec Unit, Ion Chromatography, Diffraction Particle size Analyzer, Total solid analyzer, Milk Tester, Autotitrator, Halogen Moisture Analyzer, ISE, Water Activity Meter, Hunter Colorflex EZ, Tap Density Meter, Refractometer, Viscometer, Sediment Testing Apparatus, ICPMS, Microwave Digestor,
- Formulation analytical techniques
- Knowledge in Analytical method validation activities
- Experience in Method transfer activities
- Knowledge in FCC and JECFA standards / guidelines
- Knowledge in Food Safety and Standards Authority of India standards / guidelines
- Experience in review/ approval of analytical documents like SOP,IOP, Analytical reports
- Experience in Handling of OOS, OOT, Deviations, Change control
- Experience in facing customer and Regulatory audits
Experience Required : 3-4 years
