Job Title : Research Associate
Job Description :

• Participate in planning and delivery of courses and workshops for current and potential customers as per business requirements
• Development of quality LC MS based analytical methods, troubleshooting and telephonic/web based technical support to users
• Carry out research experiments to ensure that quality mass spectrometry data is generated to support the pre-sales activities for AB SCIEX mass spectrometers
• Contribute to preparation and delivery of technical presentations, product demonstrations, data presentation at scientific conferences and technical write-ups/tech notes
• Maximize instrument usage to meet productivity targets and contribute to win rate
• Participate in conduct and delivery of regular trainings/refreshers for sales and service teams
• Deliver quality support to users to ensure customer satisfaction leading to development, nurturing and retention of key customer base
• Provide market intelligence and updates on ongoing trends in the defined vertical segment
• Support the smooth running of the Demo Lab in the Centre of Excellence
• Added Skills Required :
  
• Experience of having worked in a CRO is highly desirable.
• Exposure to analytical techniques in research specific to mass spectrometry
• He/she should have hands on experience related to instrument and sample preparation techniques related to Mass Spec, HPLC, GC, LCMS etc
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Analytical thinking
• Demonstrated experience of being a team player
• Good command over the English Language
• Proficiency in MS-Office
• Flexibility to travel frequently at short notice
• Eligiblity : M.sc Life science
