Job Description :
- Consistently achieve the service delivery norms to attain the high level of customer satisfaction.
- Escalate critical issues to the concerned groups for ensuring timely action.
- Direct interaction with customer to resolve technical queries of customers.
- Provide suitable response to our external and internal customer
- Regular visits to all Automation customers and motivate customers to use In house products
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Conduct trainings for customers
- Basic hands-on skills in Hematology, Biochemistry, Immunology
- Capability of handling applications issues and resolving customer queries
- Capability of conducting trainings for customers.
- Extensive focus to the processes and adherence to the service delivery norms
- Communication skills
- Customer dealing capability
Experience Required : 2-7 years of experience in Diagnostics instruments service sector and customer handling
