Scheme: Ministry of Food Processing Industries funded project on “Biochemical composition of Bombay duck fish, and functional characterisation of its muscle proteins”. 4. Venue: Central Institute of Fisheries Education seven bungalows campus, committee room 5. Essential qualification: Master degree in Fish processing/Biochemisry/fisheries with biochemistry/ food processing. Below 40 years 6. Desirable: Exposure on protein purification and analyses. Knowledge on functional properties of protein 7. Emoluments: Rs. 16000 per month in 1st and 2nd year and Rs. 18000 in 3rd year.
