Applications are invited for the following assignment in a purely time-bound research project. 1 Name of the Post Junior Research fellow (JRF) 2 Number of Posts  One (01) 3 Place of Working ACBR, Delhi University, North Campus Delhi-09. 4 Name of the research Project Mechanism of allosteric regulation of a unique bifunctional antioxidant enzyme Peroxiredoxin 6 on Post translational modification 5 Name of the Sponsoring Agency Department of Biotechnology (DBT), India. 6 Duration of Project Three Years (03) 7 Emoluments (Fixed) per month JRF Rs.16,000/- + HRA for the 1st two years and Rs 18,000/- + HRA for the 3rd year for SRF and applicable only if JRF/SRF is NET/GATE/BET/BINC qualified, otherwise it shall Rs 12,000/- +HRA only for the 1st two years for JRF and Rs 14,000/- + HRA for the 3rd year for SRF. 8 Essential Qualifications Candidate should have M.Sc. in Life Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Biomedical Sciences/ Medical Biotechnology with 55% of minimum marks or equivalent to CGPA grade. Candidates having CSIR/UGC/NET or valid GATE score will be preferred. 9 Desirable Qualification (Not mandatory) Experience in Biophysical and Biochemical techniques (such as Absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy, etc.),  working knowledge of computers (MS Office, Internet etc.) Competent candidates are requested to mail their applications along with a self-attested photograph and their CV tolairksingh@gmail.com.
