Asst Clinical Manager at Unilever

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong, proven scientific background in R&D , with emphasis on skin research ( minimum of 2 years in skin research)
• Knowledge of skin measurements and use of relevant instruments
• Understanding of clinical trials
• Good execution and organizing capability
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage teams
• Competency and experience in writing technical documentation and reports
• Detail oriented and with a desire for excellence in execution
• Good written and oral communication

Qualification: Masters degree in Biology [preferred experience in skin biology/biochemistry] with a strong academic record

Experience: 6+ years of previous experience of working in a pharmaceutical or FMCG R&D/ clinical research, with at least 2 years of clinical understanding /R&D research experience in skincare.
