Job Title : Lab Technician (microbiology Department)
Eligibility : B.Sc/M.Sc Microbiology
Experience : 1-5 years
Job Description :
Performing test within TAT as per defined Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
To analyze internal and external quality assurance specimen/ samples
Performing calibrations and running of controls as per SOP
To incorporate result entry of tests performed
To ensure daily instrument maintenance
To maintain records of all reports
Maintain proper storage of specimens/ samples as per SOP
Observing laboratory safety precautions in handling clinical specimens and running of tests
Critical / abnormal findings to be escalated
Comply with SRLs applicable information security policies, common standards and specific security instructions from the Information Owner or CISO or Information Security Officer / Manager.
Ensure from the Information systems are operated in compliance with companys applicable standards, including information security policies and procedures.
Classify the information and ensuring appropriate controls are in place to protect the information and ensure it ongoing confidentiality and integrity, as applicable
Report all information security incidents immediately to the appropriate authority as per SRLs reporting information security incident reporting procedures.
