Job Title: Microbiologist
Qualification: M.Sc. Microbiology
Job Description:
The person will be responsible for performing all required microbiological testing of ingredients and finished beverages at EASC ,
provide guidance, training and troubleshooting support to BU mainly in field of microbiology,
line validation , beverage analysis etc.
Should act as Subjcet Matter Expert within the laboratory on microbiological analysis and deliver training programs as per GQAS protocols on microbiology.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Lead microbiology capability development initiatives for bottlers, suppliers and third party laboratoty
Provide training and guidance to plants in Eurasia region on microbiology, Lab operations and testing
Provide support to BU in developing Corrective and Preventive actions on relevant issues
Develop capability and implement new microbiology testing techniques as needed at EASC
Perform microbiology tesing of beverages/ ingredients at EASC
Experience: 4-5 years
