Opening for Senior Clinical Research Associates @ Novotech
As a result of our exceptional growth and success, we are seeking highly experienced, committed, adaptable and passionate individuals for a number of Senior Clinical Research Associate positions in Bangalore.
Working closely with colleagues, site staff and sponsors, you will enjoy a broad role, encompassing management of study start-up activities (including site selection), initiation, monitoring and close-out activities. As well as ensuring key milestones and project timelines are met, you will review and help CRAs to address site-related issues and liaise with sponsors and sites. You will also review monitoring visit reports before their release to the sponsor or internally, track recruitment across assigned sites, identify key issues with recruitment and suggest/take corrective actions to the sponsor and CRAs.
As an experienced CRA, you will provide mentorship to junior staff, and potentially support the project manager in the role of Lead Clinical Research Associate.
The Senior Clinical Research Associate is responsible for ensuring the rights and wellbeing of trial participants are protected, and the reported trial data is accurate, complete and verifiable from source documents. In your role, you will be the primary link between investigational sites and sponsors, ensuring that clinical trials are conducted and documented to meet ICH GCP guidelines, local and global regulatory requirements and Novotech/client SOPs.
Who you are
We are looking for Senior Clinical Research Associates with a Masters or Advanced Life Sciences degree and 2-3 years site management and/or Lead CRA experience with a minimum of 4-5 years hands-on monitoring experience gained in a CRO, biotech or pharmaceutical company. Experience managing a regional team is essential, and oncology experience is highly desirable. It is also essential that you have extensive knowledge of ICH/GCP and applicable local regulations. You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and team skills, and show a genuine commitment to contributing to the development of innovative treatments to fulfil unmet medical needs.
