Job Title : Officer - Quality Assurance
Qualification : B.Tech Dairy Technology/ Food technology
Experience : 2-4 years
Job Description :
Provide technical assistance to the raw material suppliers regarding Quality and food safety as per requirements.
Assessing the suppliers and contribute in resolving the issues related to food safety and quality compliance.
Give inputs to factory at usage level about the raw material and the supplier.
Coordinates with application group, factory quality assurance, Purchase and supplier development and the suppliers.
Work in close collaboration with the food safety specialist in the factory for handling the material and take up relevant issues with the suppliers.
Facilitate the required training of the suppliers at factory where needed.
Prepare Quality monitoring scheme for all raw materials and ensure supplier Quality Assurance.
