Minimum experience: 2 -7 years & only from food / food processing / FMCG/Pharma industry preferably from Frozen food
Sample preparation
Media Preparation
Conduct Environmental swab
Conduct air Monitoring
Online Microbiological validation
Micro Testing of Incoming Raw Materials
Micro Testing for water & Finished Food Product
Understanding and implementing the application of Rapid test kits in microbiology
Hand swab
Operation and Calibration of equipment such as Autoclave, Laminar Air Flow, pH meter, Water Bath, Incubators etc
Maintain Documents as per Quality Management System and FSSC 22000 requirements
Water Microbiology
Conduct training to employees on awareness of microbiology and good hygienic practices.
Fully aware of plating procedures for the enumeration of TPC, Yeast & Mould, coliforms, E.coli, Listeria spp, Salmonella etc.
Fully adept to root cause analysis and corrective action plans for issues arising due to biological contamination
Should have exposure of Rapid Testing.
Must have knowledge of categories of hazards related to food and how to prevent them
Product Hold and Release System
Good English communication(he should able to speak, read, write and understand English).
He / she must able handle shift independently. Exposure of independently handling shift duty is must
Female is also ok for this post. Night shift is not applicable to them.
Candidates form continuous food process industry like pharma, milk producer, Frozen foods, chocolate, milk, drug, pharma, biscuit, dairy, vefars , bakery, ice - cream, drinking water, tea, cold drink are most preferable
Salary: 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A
