Coordinates activities within the clinical project team
Vendor coordination
Telephonic coordination with sites in the absence of site monitors
Convenes project meetings/ telecons and training sessions and records them
Maintains and tracks all project documents for clinical trials
Prepares and controls versions of project templates
Prepares and distributes Status reports, Newsletters, Mass-mailers and general file notes
Manages monthly project invoicing
Tracks Internal Budget
