Role & Responsibilites of CRA (CLINICAL RESEARCH ASSOCIATE)- "D11"

1. To perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines, regulations and SOPs.
2. Provide study status reports to head of the department on a timely basis.
3. Assist in the conduct of feasibility studies, as required.
4. Prepare and maintain Trial Master Files (TMFs) and essential / regulatory documents.
5. Prepare Ethics Committee (EC) submission documentations and ensure timely submissions to the respective site ECs.
6. Plan, prepare & conduct site initiation visit along with Project Manager
7. Plan, prepare and conduct monitoring visits as per study protocol
8. Track patient recruitment process by contacting sites & check patient screening and enrollment progress.
9. Promptly report all SAEs to the PhV dept and to sponsors immediately on the knowledge of the event. 
10. Ensure proper Investigational Product (IP) accountability at site.
11. Plan & conduct site close out visit and ensure that collection of all study data is complete.
12. Prepare the relevant site visit reports and follow up letter in the timely manner as per SOPs.
13. Provide the status update of the study on weekly basis to the Sr. CRA / project manager
