Job Description :
- Seeking highly skilled and motivated research scientist with hands-on experience in Immunology/ Oncology/ Immuno- Oncology from a reputed academic laboratory/ Pharmaceutical company.
- The candidate will be responsible for setting up some of the in vitro/ ex vivo assays relevant to Immuno- Oncology programs.
- The candidate should be willing to work in the laboratory, setting up assays to run cancer immunotherapy programs. He/ she should be willing to train Associate scientists.
- The candidate will develop/ design/ execute functional immune assays for target engagement and validate their mechanism of action
- The candidate will be required to work in a collaborative functional area level with research scientists from various disciplines.
- Skills Required :
- Hands-on experience in the development of cellular assays is required
- (e.g. immune cell-based assays, ELISA, Flow cytometry/ FACS, qPCR, cytokine measurements, T-cell proliferation and cellular signaling using appropriate techniques).
- Proficient in Immune cell isolation from whole blood or tissues, transfection and stable cell lines generation
- Familiarity to in vivo tumor models is preferred
- Communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong interpersonal skills are mandated
